Association Manager
Full-time position responsible for all matters related to Home Owner Associations portfolio. Managers coordinate work orders and vendors, supports the amenity fulfillment services and works with accounting to distribute monthly financial reports and pay invoices. Candidates should be organized, energetic, and have good communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365, Vantaca, and HomeWise Docs or similar software a plus. Salary negotiable with benefits package including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plan.
