Due To COVID-19 Our Office And Rent Collection Policies Have Changed.

COVID-19 Policy

In light of the rapidly changing situation with the COVID-19 virus, we would like to do our part to minimize the spread and reduce the effect on our community. We have proactively taken steps to clean public areas in our office and encouraged staff to remain at home if they are ill. However, as the situation has progressed, and we have all been encouraged to practice social distancing additional changes are now required.

Effective at noon today, Tuesday, March 17th, our office will be closed to the public and will operate on an appointment-only basis.

We will have staff on-site and we encourage everyone to use our website ( for general information, maintenance request, and contact information. You can find a list of staff under the “Contact Us” tab along with a link to their email address.


If you have a maintenance request you may fill out the online request form and it will be sent to the appropriate staff. You may also contact us by phone and leave a request with your property manager. If you are currently ill or showing any symptoms, please do not request maintenance unless it is an emergency. Our maintenance staff will be taking every precaution when performing their duties to limit their exposure and we ask that each of you show this same courtesy.


If you are interested in checking out keys to view a property please call or email a leasing agent. We will gather the needed information and schedule a time for you to pick up the keys from our office. Please see the “Frequently Asked Questions” tab on our website for additional information on what is required to check out keys. If you wish to lease a property you may use the online application, or we can provide a paper copy upon request. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a time to sign the lease and complete the process.

Rent Payments:

We strongly encourage all tenants to use your tenant portal or online banking to make rent payments if possible. If you would like to pay by check please mail your check to our office or use the drop box located in front of our office. We will not be accepting in-person payments. If you wish to receive a receipt, please note this with your payment and we can either email or mail one to you as requested. If you need assistance regarding your tenant portal please contact us for details. Please note we have extended the late payment date from the 5th to the 15th of the month until further notice.


Our association management department will be working both remotely and on-site. If you need to contact a staff member, please email them directly or call the office.

Most importantly please be patient and know that we are making every effort to continue to provide the services you expect. We will be monitoring the situation and if additional changes are required, we will advise you as soon as possible.
