Q. How can I see an apartment?
A.

Brownstone checks keys out on vacant properties only.

You may come by our office Monday through Friday from

9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You must leave a $20.00 CASH key

deposit and we need to see a picture I.D. Keys must be returned

by 4:30 p.m.

   
Q. What is the application process?
A.

You may download an application from our website or come by

our office and pick one up. It is a $20.00 application fee per applicant.

We will do a credit check. This process is usually takes 2 to 3 business

Days. Please note that during our peak seasons and during the first of the month it may take a little longer. We will call you with the results. All students are required to have a co-signer. You can obtain this form from our website as well.

   
Q. How much is the security deposit?
A.

Your security deposit is the same amount of the rent. However, it does not apply to your rent, it is held in a separate account. This amount must be in a money order or cashier’s check.

   
Q. What is your Standard Pet Policy?
A.

As always, pet must be approved prior to the pet being allowed on the premises and the pet agreement must be signed. Approval is done on a case-by-case basis. Even if all the above conditions are met, management reserves the right to decline any pet. The above are to be used as a guideline NOT an absolute right of approval. Always check each property to confirm if the owner is willing to accept pets or not.

  • One pet will be allowed. Either a dog or cat.

  • The pet must be at least one year old.

  • The maximum weight limit is 25 pounds.

  • Applicant must submit a recent color photo of the pet.

  • Non-refundable pet fee of $250 must be paid in full at move in.

  • An additional rent of $25 per month will  be due.

  • Students are not allowed to have pets.
