Holly Snead, Association Manager, is responsible for all matters relating to the Home Owner Associations. She answers questions about owners’ accounts and posts dues payments to accounts. She coordinates work orders and vendors, supports the amenity fulfillment services and works with accounting to distribute monthly financial reports and pay invoices. Holly handles late notices and late dues collection.
